Lucky for me Tessa has some really nice friends in Bangkok who she met at UC Berkeley, like Darena! Darena's dad took us out to lunch for a chinese- styled hotpot meal where you cook everything at your table. It was a lot of fun!
Put the meat and fish in first
Then when it's almost ready break in the herbs and vegetables
So much food. They took some home.
